Philosophy
Pilates begins from the center. In this class we build core awareness, learn how to stack the spine, and move with control rather than momentum. Small, deliberate movements create real, lasting strength.
You’ll leave standing taller and moving with more intention than when you arrived.
How to prepare
Bring: a mat, water, and grippy socks
Wear: fitted clothing so alignment stays visible
Notes: let Elina know about any back or knee concerns
Benefits
Joint Longevity

True Community
You will feel welcomed, appreciated, and patient-guided—not rushed.
